Guidelines:
1. Send tool and check for $20.00.
--After
receiving your estimate from Tool Town if you decide to complete the repair,
the
above $20.00 is deducted from the total bill.
--If the tool is
repaired, the total cost of the repair (less $20.00) must be paid before
being
shipped back to you. This is easiest over the phone with a credit
card.
--If the estimate for your repair is "Beyond Economical Repair"
(which is over 50% of the
competitive retail price of the tool) the $20.00
covers the estimate fee and sending the
tool back to you via UPS.
